Energy and Mindfulness


Healthy Eating Basics You will learn about foods and basic nutrients and how they affect our body's physiology and overall energy levels. You will be recording what you are putting in your body and as you experiment with new foods and lifestyle changes. You'll also see how easy it is, especially when you have support! You will be able access everything from one place on your phone so you can easily track your success.

Mindfulness For a deeper experience and connection to your food we use mindful eating techniques and simple meal time and planning changes that can help connect more with your energy levels. Taking your understanding of foods and the effects they have on your body and creating eating habits that allow you to digest better and developing a deeper understanding of nutrients, whole foods and making healthy lifestyle choices.

Weight Management As you begin to use a mindful approach, you will find that equally as important as what you eat is how you are eating, and the environment you are eating in and you will finally begin to understand your hunger levels and any cravings you might have. 

Holistic Approach Stress is a main contributor to weight gain, as well as people not being able to loose weight and has been identified as one of the major causes of most of the disease we see in society. We will be exploring the effects of stress on your brain function, energy levels, metabolism and mood.

Exercise Together we will determine where you are at with fitness and develop an approach to exercise accordingly. The most important thing is moving your body. If you are new to the fitness game, or getting back into exercise and working out, we will find activities you enjoy and build from there. For seasoned athletes we will assess where you are at in relation to your goals, and navigate any past plateaus so you can stay motivated for success. 

Weekly Planning  You will be changing how you eat and the lifestyle choices you make through foods, exercise and mindful activities that you put into action each week. Through commitment and support and for healthier living you will learn how to implement sustainable and easy changes that affect all areas of your life.
